George
and Gracie
Dear Everyone
at SEVA GRREAT,
We just want to let you know that
we are fine. We love it in the country with our foster parents.
We have lots of room to run and lots of things to smell. We have
the run of the entire house (except the living room couch - and
we are working on that) and sleep next to our foster parent's
bed at night. They are pretty much wrapped around our paws and
we think that we have convinced them to adopt us.
The main
reason for this letter is to thank all of you for saving us,
feeding and housing us and attending to our medical needs. Most
of all we want to thank you for all your love and attention.
We are sending a small token of our grateful appreciation to
you so that you can help others like us.
We are
going to have a wonderful holiday (rumor has it that our foster
parents are going to move a tree into the house!) and we wish
all our two and four legged friends at GRREAT the same happiness.
Please continue your kindness, and if you get a chance, come
out and visit us. Thank you again for saving us.
Forever
your friends,
George
and Gracie

Dear SEVA
GRREAT,
In the
letter above you will note that Judy and I have decided to adopt
George and Gracie. Our only moment of concern was our experience
in adopting Ubu and having so wonderful an animal with us for
such a short time. While we know that we will not be more loving
or caring than anyone else, it took George and especially Gracie
so long to become comfortable with their present surroundings,
we would like to spare them another transition.
Have as
wonderful holiday.
